Lead a healthy life 123

To lead a healthy life - Life is so beautiful _ but In our spending life sometimes we are fall in various types of problems, for that- suddenly we fall in illness - physically or mentally. But some consciousness and take steps in proper time, we can overcome it. Sometimes our ignorance convince us to avoid awareness.
My mother-in-law suddenly noticed that her big toe joint was slightly swollen. At first, none of us paid much attention to it. But within a few days, it had grown quite a bit. She said that she had been feeling a little burning and pain in this area for a few days, but it was nothing unbearable.
I took her to the doctor. The doctor said – it was a
uric acid problem.
I was surprised when I first heard that uric acid
causes a disease in the body! Then I thought that many ordinary people like me
might not know what uric acid is or how it causes problems inside our body? How
can it accumulate in our body, and how can any disease or suffering be caused
by it? Later I found out – this is a common problem these days. To lead
a healthy life, you need to know.
I have seen some people with swollen wrists or toes,
but I did not know that it was due to uric acid accumulation.
The doctor said - This is a heterocyclic compound of
oxygen, nitrogen and carbon. If for some reason there is a problem in the
process of making uric acid or its excretion by the kidneys is reduced, then
its level increases in the blood. There are several reasons why the level of
uric acid in the body can increase. These include diuretics, alcohol, obesity,
kidney problems, hypothyroidism or thyroid hormone deficiency, skin diseases,
etc.
In response to my question, the doctor explained to me
-
Two-thirds of the uric acid in the blood comes from
the breakdown of a substance called purine and one-third comes from food.
Purine and protein degradation in food increase the level of uric acid in the
body. In two-thirds of people, this excess uric acid does not cause any harm to
the body.
When uric acid in the blood increases excessively, it
is called hyperuricemia. Then the excess uric acid forms crystals in the
joints, causing severe pain in the joints and causing redness, swelling, and
burning. This condition is called gout.
Uric acid can also cause arthritis, juvenile
arthritis, metabolic acidosis, and kidney stones.
In such a situation, it is important to go to the doctor for a test and take the necessary medication, as well as to consult a nutritionist. Because - if the level of uric acid in the blood increases, the right diet is more effective than medication in controlling it.
The level of uric acid in the blood can be easily
reduced through diet. If the level of purine in the food is high or if you eat
a lot of purine-rich foods, the level of uric acid increases many times. To
normalize the level of uric acid, some foods must be excluded from the diet. If
you want a healthy life, you have to be aware.
Foods to be excluded from the food list -
1. Seafood, beef and mutton, duck, mutton, liver,
brain, lungs, kidneys, mushrooms, chicken skin, shrimp. Crab, dried fish, Hilsa
fish, meat soup, fish, fish bones, fish eggs.
2. Lentils, chickpeas, peas, peanuts, almonds, sesame
seeds, bean sprouts.
3. Lettuce, spinach, radish, jute.
4. Radish, turnip, sweet pumpkin, sweet potato,
cabbage, beetroot, tomato, cabbage, cauliflower, sajane, beans, beetroot,
jackfruit seeds, brinjal.
5. Salty foods, foods high in fat and fried in oil,
duck eggs, coffee, pickles, yeast or any food made with yeast, cheese.
Foods that can be eaten -
1. Protein - Since it is recommended to avoid most
protein foods in these patients, it is recommended to eat freshwater fish and
chicken without skin, egg whites, sour yogurt, and milk to meet the protein
needs throughout the day.
2. Vegetables - red leafy vegetables, stalk
vegetables, mustard greens, and leafy greens.
3. Vegetables - kankarol, papaya, dhundal, chichinga,
patol, bitter gourd (without pits of course).
4. Fruits - green apples, pears, ripe papaya, guava
without pits, ripe bell peppers without pits.
5. Others - rice, flour, semolina, corn, semai, chira,
muri, cornflakes, sabudana, moongdal (in small quantities).
6. You must drink enough water. Because water removes
uric acid from the body through urine and controls the level of uric acid in
the blood.
Along with a proper diet, some therapeutic foods
(which I found in an Ayurvedic magazine) work very well to reduce uric acid -
1. Soak 2 teaspoons of fenugreek seeds in 200 ml of
water overnight, strain it from the water in the morning, make a paste of the
fenugreek seeds and boil it again with that 200 ml of water. Drink this drink
10/15 minutes before breakfast in the morning.
2. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey with 1 teaspoon of black
cumin oil and consume it for 10/15 days.
3. Eat 5/6 cloves of raw garlic daily. Benefits - It
is very effective in relieving pain.
# If the uric acid level is reduced through this diet,
the blood uric acid level should be checked again after 2 months. Even if the
level is normal, the excluded foods cannot be included in the diet immediately.
You can return to the normal diet as advised under the
supervision of a specialist. However, you should always keep an eye on whether
the levels are fluctuating or not. If they are not stable and are repeatedly
fluctuating, then you should continue to follow the doctor's instructions until
the levels stabilize. To lead a healthy life - must follow the rules.
