Food intake rules God created us and gave us many rules and guidelines to lead a healthy life , because -God want say - we all creatures are like flowers of different types, Just as it takes care to make a flower bloom, it also needs care to make our life healthy and beautiful. A few hours after birth, we do not understand clothes, shame, cold, heat, but we understand food. Whether we can look properly with our eyes open, but look for the food with closed eyes, look for mother's milk.
