Experts have identified high blood pressure as a silent killer like diabetes , because - in most cases, high blood pressure has no symptoms or signs, and is diagnosed suddenly. Sometimes it is determined by complications. Complications due to high blood pressure can cause eye, kidney, brain or heart problems.
