Lead a healthy life 123

To lead a healthy life - Life is so beautiful _ but In our spending life sometimes we are fall in various types of problems, for that- suddenly we fall in illness - physically or mentally. But some consciousness and take steps in proper time, we can overcome it. Sometimes our ignorance convince us to avoid awareness.
A long time ago - I was walking on the street when I suddenly heard many people screaming and looked back and saw someone sitting on the street, clutching his chest. Many people around were screaming and running but could not do anything to help the man. The ambulance arrived after some time, but by then the man was dead. I also did not know what to do at that moment. But the matter made me think. So later I got to know on my own urge.
One of the most necessary tools for the living being
(God-given tools) is the heart or cardiopulmonary bypass. Heart attacks usually
occur suddenly. Then everyone in front or nearby panics - due to not knowing
the immediate duty. We start screaming and shouting, leaving the patient. And
in the meantime, whatever happens to the patient - in many cases, the patient
dies before reaching the hospital.
But if those in front at that moment are a little
active and know what to do, then it may be possible to save the patient. In the
developed world, almost everyone, starting from school students, is trained in
this method of saving lives in emergencies.
In medical terms, this method is called cardiopulmonary resuscitation or CPR for
short. It is a first aid. If we want to lead a healthy life despite all
the problems, we need to know it.
When
CPR is needed -
If the patient falls suddenly or in a sudden incident,
if there is no response, if there is no pulse, if there is no breathing, it
should be understood that the person has suffered a heart attack. At this time,
the CPR method is very necessary.
I learned from the doctor - How to give CPR -
The four steps of CPR - All four steps must be done
very quickly.
First
step: If the affected person is in a dangerous situation or
position, he must be taken to a safe place. That is, if he is in a fire / water
/ or in the middle of the road - if he is in such a dangerous place, he must be
moved from there to a safe place very quickly.
Second
step: To observe the reaction of the affected person, shake
his shoulder vigorously, call loudly, if there is no response, go to the third
step on an urgent basis.
Third
step: Check the pulse rate (pulse) and breathing. Check the
pulse rate by applying light pressure on the carotid artery on the right or
left side of the neck. The chest should be monitored to determine if breathing
is taking place. This checkup should be completed within 10 seconds.
Before this, you need to be proactive in getting help,
so don't hesitate to use anything, including your cell phone. And keeping these
dangers in mind, everyone should know the special emergency numbers, as you
never know when you might face a danger.
Step
Four: This is where the basic CPR should begin - with three
rhythmic movements. The three movements are: pressing hard on the center of the
chest, keeping the airway open, and giving the victim breaths through the mouth
or mask for a set period of time.
First, press hard on the center of the chest. This is
the most important. Lay the victim face down on something solid and remove any
heavy clothing from the chest. Now, kneel down, place one hand on top of the
other, and press on the center of the chest with both hands about 100 times per
minute in such a way that the center of the chest sinks 5-6 centimeters.
After every 30 chest compressions, put your mouth on
the victim's mouth twice and breathe. To breathe, hold the victim's nose with
two fingers, keep the head down, and lift the chin up. Breathe normally and put
your mouth on the victim's mouth and breathe twice in 1 second.
After doing chest compressions and breathing in this
way for 2 minutes, check the pulse rate and breathing. Continue until the
breathing and heart rate or pulse rate return, and quickly take the victim to
the hospital while giving CPR. When the pulse rate and breathing return, stop
CPR.
We all – want to lead a healthy life, but we
neglect to know how to get it - which is dangerous for ourselves.
