Lead a healthy life 123

To lead a healthy life - Life is so beautiful _ but In our spending life sometimes we are fall in various types of problems, for that- suddenly we fall in illness - physically or mentally. But some consciousness and take steps in proper time, we can overcome it. Sometimes our ignorance convince us to avoid awareness.
Although the severity of Corona is not that great now, our fear has not gone away yet. Whenever we have a fever, we first think of Corona. Just as the patient himself is afraid, everyone around him, including the family, becomes suspicious. A similar incident happened with my house helper.
Later, we reassure ourselves - it is not Corona when
we have a fever. Even then, awareness of some fevers is important. There is no
substitute for awareness for a healthy life.
Fever for a long time has not completely subsided even
with medication. After being somewhat better for a few days, the fever comes
again. Nothing is detected in the health tests. If someone has this, it is
quite a matter of concern. Not only from the patient's side, but prolonged
fever for unknown reasons is also a big headache for doctors.
Experts say that if a fever of more than 38 degrees
Celsius persists for more than three weeks and nothing is found in the initial
tests, it is called pyrexia of unknown origin or PUO (unknown cause). In these
cases, doctors think of a rare disease.
If the fever does not go away for a long time, it is
also important to help the patient find the exact cause.
What
to do? - Doctor advises ---
1) It
is important to know first whether there is a fever or not. Many times, many
people assume that fever is a feeling of fever, a feeling of chills or a cold.
So first, you should measure the fever with a thermometer at home. If the
temperature does not exceed 38 degrees Celsius - or 101 degrees Fahrenheit,
there is nothing to worry about.
2) In
most cases, the cause of fever is infection. And infection can be caused by
various types of germs. Many people take antibiotics without diagnosing any
disease in the beginning. Some also give it up midway. Due to the use of
antibiotics in unreasonable and wrong doses and duration, the germs may become
weak and may not be completely eliminated.
3) Then
- if there is a fever again, nothing can be found by testing or culture. So, if
there is a fever, there is no need to take medicine without understanding it in
the initial stage. Common viral fever or cold and cough do not last more than
five days. Therefore, antibiotics should not be taken without any reason for
the first five to seven days.
4) In
30 percent of cases of unknown fever, the cause is a rare or 'uncommon'
infection. Malaria, kala-azar, extrapulmonary tuberculosis, melioidosis,
abscess or pus in any organ inside the body, heart valve infection, fungus, HIV
infection, etc. are not easily detected. Sometimes, recurrent urinary or sinus
infections are also responsible.
5) In 70 percent of cases, the cause of such long-term fever is something more complex than infection. For example: lymphoma and various types of cancer, vasculitis, lupus, sarcoidosis, etc. Sometimes fever can also occur as a reaction to medication.
Don't panic - awareness is essential – to lead
a healthy life. If you seek medical help, you will definitely find a
solution to the problem.
