Lead a healthy life 123, importance of healthy sleep
To lead a healthy life - Life is so beautiful _ but In our spending life sometimes we are fall in various types of problems, for that- suddenly we fall in illness - physically or mentally. But some consciousness and take steps in proper time, we can overcome it. Sometimes our ignorance convince us to avoid awareness.

I was very sad to see my neighbor and his family suffering with a cute child. So, out of curiosity, I talked to the doctor and learned that - heart disease is not just a sudden danger - it is not for everyone, it can also be congenital! There is no reason to consider it bad luck. There is no point in blaming fate or God where our ignorance is responsible.
Although it is a serious health problem, if we are a
little aware, God willing, we can be safe from it. If we follow some rules and
are a little aware, this congenital heart disease can be prevented.
Some children are born with a defect in the heart or
arteries. Some have a leak in the heart, some have a bigger problem. Parents or
all of us consider it bad luck. Although there is currently advanced surgery to
solve these problems.
The doctor said –
1) Congenital
heart disease can be familial or hereditary. In that case, other family members
have a history of such heart disease. In some families, the death of a child
for unknown reasons is seen soon after birth. In these cases, this heart defect
is often indicated. In such families, marriage between close relatives
increases the risk a lot. So you should be aware of this.
2) Contraindications of medication by the pregnant mother are one of the reasons for the development of congenital heart disease in the child. If you want to take any medicine during pregnancy for any reason, you should take it only after seeing a doctor and informing him in detail about the pregnancy condition.
3) Even
those who are trying to have a child should refrain from taking any medicine
too soon. Because, the fetus is already a few weeks old before the pregnancy
test becomes positive. Vitamin A used to treat acne or lithium used for mood
disorders can cause congenital heart disease.
4) Alcohol
consumption or use of drugs during pregnancy is also one of the reasons for
causing defects in the child's heart.
5) The
first three months of pregnancy are the most important and risky. During this
time, various types of infections in the mother (such as rubella virus) can
cause birth defects in the child. Therefore, it is not advisable to go to
crowded or noisy environments during this time. Likewise, it is better not to
be in contact with anyone who is sick with any infectious disease. This can
avoid the risk of infection.
6) Having
a child after the age of forty is likely to cause various types of defects in
the child, an example of which is "Down's syndrome". Many women are
forced to become mothers - this is not right.
