To lead a healthy life - Life is so beautiful _ but In our spending life sometimes we are fall in various types of problems, for that- suddenly we fall in illness - physically or mentally. But some consciousness and take steps in proper time, we can overcome it. Sometimes our ignorance convince us to avoid awareness.

My friend is very afraid of summer. He likes winter very much, because the itching in summer makes him suffer a lot. He cannot bear the pain of this itching. He always tells us – “How can I get rid of this itching – I will reward the one who can tell me”. We send him to the doctor.
The doctor said -
In the heat, red rashes appear on the body. They itch,
burn and cause an irritating sensation. It is also called prickly heat rash in
English. In medical science, it is called miliaria.
Children are more affected by this. Because their body
cannot easily adapt to excessive temperature and their sweat glands get blocked
easily. Children get more rashes on their face, head, groin and neck. When
sweat accumulates due to excessive sweating and the sweat glands get blocked,
rashes appear.
Among the elderly, Parkinson's disease patients and
those who take diuretics and tranquilizers are also more likely to have this
problem. If we want to live a healthy life, we also want to be free from
rashes.
The doctor said - there is also a chance in medical science to get rid of the pain of sweating in summer -
1) Sweat
should not be allowed to accumulate too much on the body. Therefore, sweaty
clothes should be changed frequently. Clothes should be worn that allow air to
circulate and sweat does not stick to the skin. Wearing cotton, comfortable and
light-colored loose clothes dries the sweat quickly.
2) During summer, petroleum jelly or any oil-based cream lotion should not be applied to the skin. This further clogs the mouth of the sweat glands.
3) If
it is very hot and you sweat a lot, quickly return home and sit in front of a
fan or AC. Then take off your sweaty clothes and take a shower in normal
temperature water. If necessary, you can take a shower two or three times in
such heat. Children sweat a lot, so you can bathe them several times or sponge
them with a cloth soaked in plain water. Do not close the house, open the
windows and doors to let the air circulate.
4) Calamine
lotion will help reduce itching and redness. Camphor or menthol cools the skin
and helps in healing the rash. Prickly heat powder contains these. But if you
use too much powder, it can accumulate and block the sweat glands again. So use
it in moderation as per your need.
