Embarrassing problem of freckles or black spots

After the age of 35 or 40, many people suffer from some dark spots on their faces, because - the first thing our eyes notice about a person is their face. And among the many problems of this visual organ, one of the embarrassing problems is freckles.

Due to a little black spot, the face looks really bad, and the mind is disturbed! Then more problems arise for the health of the mind than the health of the face. Therefore, a solution has to be found - to lead a healthy life.

Doctors say that no specific reason is usually found for why this happens. However, many doctors say that the effect of sunlight, hereditary factors, pregnancy, birth control pills, ovarian problems, liver problems, malnutrition and side effects of some medications can be responsible for dark spots. Black spots can occur for different reasons for each person.

There is no need to feel inferior about freckles on the face and cheeks.

Experts say that freckles is not a serious problem. Those whose freckles problem is on the upper layer of the skin, their problem gets completely better with a little treatment or is cured automatically.

Those, whose this problem is on the inner layer of the skin, do not get much result in treatment. However, they can stay well temporarily. This is also possible to solve with advanced treatment, but it is expensive. Again, those whose mixed type of freckles (black spot), on both the upper and inner layers of the skin, also have hope of improvement in treatment.

What to do if you have freckles -

1. If a cause of dark spots is found, a solution can be found. For example, if the medicine is a side effect, you should consult a doctor about whether the medicine can be stopped or not. Hormonal problems should be treated.

2. The skin should be kept free from the effects of direct sunlight. Then, the skin should be covered if you go out in the sun.

3. There is no need to treat dark spots during pregnancy. Wait until six months after giving birth.

4. Some creams (such as hydroquinone) can be used with the advice of a doctor.

5. The treatment of dark spots takes time. So do not rush and take the treatment patiently.

6. Currently, some modern treatments have also come to remove dark spots scars. However, remember that such treatment cannot guarantee that dark spots will be cured forever.

You can try some home remedies -

1. Lemon - Lemon is unique in brightening the skin and removing any blemishes. Apply lemon juice on the face and leave it for 10/15 minutes and wash it off. You can do this daily or once a week. However, not everyone's skin tolerates lemon. So be careful and use it knowing the rules.

2. Lemon and Tomato - Mix one teaspoon of lemon juice with one teaspoon of tomato juice and apply it on the skin and massage it lightly and wash it off after 15 to 20 minutes. Do this for a few days. Similarly, you can also try massaging only the tomato pulp on the skin. Tomatoes rich in vitamin C work well for cleansing the skin.

3. Potato - Potato juice is also a skin cleanser. It helps in removing dark circles around the eyes.

4. Multani clay - Multani clay cleanses dead skin cells and helps in increasing the glow of the skin. It absorbs excess oil from the skin, making the skin clean and bright.

5. Rose water, green tea, cucumber juice - Make a mixture of rose water, green tea, cucumber juice, lemon juice, water and multani clay and apply it on the skin for 10/15 minutes and wash it off with water. 

6. Mix one teaspoon of tomato juice, a little sandalwood powder and two teaspoons of multani clay together and apply it on the skin for 20 minutes and wash it off. You can use this twice a week. 

7. Aloe vera - Apply aloe vera gel on the skin and wait until it dries. Then wash it off. You can do this twice a week. Mix two teaspoons of aloe vera gel, one teaspoon of lemon juice and a little sugar - together and massage gently, wash off after 15 minutes with normal warm water. You can do this 2 to 3 days a week.

1.     Strawberry - Similarly, strawberries also work to cleanse the skin. You can use the pulp of strawberries in the same way as tomatoes.
