Lead a healthy life 123

To lead a healthy life - Life is so beautiful _ but In our spending life sometimes we are fall in various types of problems, for that- suddenly we fall in illness - physically or mentally. But some consciousness and take steps in proper time, we can overcome it. Sometimes our ignorance convince us to avoid awareness.
However, the smile on the face of a toothless child -
a different matter!
In my opinion, if the teeth are healthy, the whole
body is 50% healthy, because the food that our body survives on enters the body
through the teeth or with their help - isn't it?
Dental
surgeons say that the cause of tooth decay is –
1. Excessive
tea and coffee consumption can cause teeth to turn yellow. These drinks can
cause serious stains on the teeth.
2. If
you brush your teeth hastily or carelessly, food particles remain in your
mouth. Gradually, your teeth turn yellow.
3. When
a baby is in the womb, some medications taken by the mother can cause the
unborn baby's teeth to turn yellow.
4. Soft
drinks and artificial fruit juices are also one of the causes of tooth damage.
5. Even
if you smoke secretly, evidence remains on your teeth. Regular smoking causes
the color of your teeth to change rapidly.
6. Some
people also have yellow teeth due to genetic reasons.
7. Teeth
can also be damaged due to certain medications.
Teeth can be taken care of in very simple ways, which
I have learned after much seeking -- to enhance the beauty of teeth without
damaging them, you can find solutions in some natural ingredients by adopting
some natural techniques --
1. Banana
- If you rub the inside of a banana peel on your teeth, your teeth will become
white. You can use it to whiten your teeth without throwing away the peel after
eating a banana.
2. Strawberry
- It contains a type of enzyme called malic acid, which can remove the
yellowness of your teeth. Eating strawberries regularly will make your teeth
white.
3. Charcoal
- Ancient people used charcoal to clean their teeth. Charcoal is capable of
whitening their teeth. Although charcoal is not readily available for brushing
teeth now, pastes containing charcoal are available in the market - but this is
abandoned in current medical science.
4. Salt
- Salt is capable of enhancing the brightness of teeth. Salt is now used in
many toothpastes as a natural ingredient for whitening teeth. However, those
with high blood pressure should be careful about using salt.
5. Coconut oil
- Gargle with coconut oil in your mouth and discard it. Brush and wash your
face. Using it once a day will whiten your teeth.
6. Mushrooms
- It contains antibacterial ingredients. Eating mushrooms regularly destroys
bacteria in the mouth and prevents dental plaque from forming on your teeth,
thus keeping your teeth white.
7. Baking soda
- Brushing your teeth with baking soda in the morning and before going to bed
at night will whiten your teeth.
8. Green Tea
- Milk tea stains teeth. On the other hand, green tea contains a lot of
fluoride, which prevents yellowing of teeth and whitens teeth.
9. Apple cider vinegar
- Apple cider vinegar contains harmful bacteria-destroying ingredients. It
removes bacteria from the inside of the teeth and keeps the teeth clean and
bright.
10. Lemon - Lemon naturally
contains bleaching ingredients, so it can remove the yellowness of the teeth.
Brushing your teeth with lemon peel will whiten your teeth, and the need for
vitamin 'C' will also be fulfilled. Similarly, orange peels can be used for a
while without throwing them away. The ingredients in the peel can be used to
clean your teeth very easily.
# Whether you go to the dentist to learn how to brush
your teeth properly or learn from here is up to you, but if you are aware of
these things from childhood, there is no harm without benefit -
What
I have learned from the dentist's advice is ----
1. Gently
brush each tooth at least 20 times by rotating the toothbrush head at a
45-degree angle to the teeth.
2. Gently
rotate the toothbrush from the root to the edge of the tooth to clean the
plaque.
3. Brush
each tooth in the same way repeatedly, ensuring that the outer part of the
tooth and the gums are clean.
4. In
the case of front teeth, gently brush the inner part of each tooth. Then, brush
only the edges of the tooth separately, rotating it in a circular motion.
5. In
the case of chewing teeth, gently brush the even surfaces of the teeth back and
forth.
6. Gently
brush your tongue to remove bacteria. Rinse thoroughly after each meal.
To
lead a healthy life, it is very important to take care
of your teeth - because dirt and germs from your teeth enter your stomach, and
then cause various diseases in various parts of your body in various ways.
