To lead a healthy life - Life is so beautiful _ but In our spending life sometimes we are fall in various types of problems, for that- suddenly we fall in illness - physically or mentally. But some consciousness and take steps in proper time, we can overcome it. Sometimes our ignorance convince us to avoid awareness.
While learning about car drivers, I also learned about motorcycle riding. I had wanted to know before, after seeing some of our motorcyclists' reckless driving like wanting to fly. Wanting to fly on a motorcycle is not an indicator of good sense, nor can it be a way to express any kind of happiness and joy.
To fly, you have to fly in a helicopter, and to do
that, you have to acquire the qualification to fly a helicopter.
The construction of a helicopter is made according to
the rules of flying - the motorcycle is made according to the rules of driving
on the ground. And even if you drive a motorcycle, you have to drive it
according to its rules. Otherwise, instead of flying with your own body, your
soul will fly. And the matter of reckless motorcyclists' souls flying is a
frequent occurrence in our country.

purposes, while others ride them as a hobby. Some people have to ride
motorcycles for a long time due to their profession.
Occupational therapists say - riding in an
unscientific way can cause pain in various joints of the body and spinal
problems, and even loss of performance. Therefore, it is good for them to know
about some precautions.
1. The
motorcycle must be compatible - When buying a motorcycle, you must make sure
that everything is compatible with your body. Whether the seat, handlebars, and
footrests fit your body or not, that is, whether the motorcycle is compatible
and comfortable, taking into account your height and physical build.
2. Riding
a motorcycle correctly - that is, the correct posture will make traveling or
work safe and enjoyable. Therefore, you must wear a helmet and ride a
motorcycle at the right speed.
3. Ideal
sitting position - While riding a motorcycle, the driver must sit with his back
straight. The shoulders should be slightly bent backwards and in line with the
waist. If the neck and shoulders are hunched forward - discomfort and pain can
occur.
4. Foot
position - The ankles should be positioned along the waist. That is, the two
legs should be in a gap position facing forward. There will be separate
footrests in front and back for the feet, so that the position of the feet can
be changed as needed while traveling or working. This position will help keep
the body stable.
5. Back
position - A belt should be used at the waist and the upper part of the back
should be slightly curved backwards. Before riding a motorcycle, correct
posture can be practiced while sitting on the bike or walking next to it. It
should be noted whether you are sitting hunched over or not, whether pressure
is felt in the waist area.
6. A
special noteworthy point has emerged from the words of the expert - the driver
of any vehicle must remember - before sitting in the driver's seat, one must
prepare mentally. One must create a carefree, cheerful and realistic healthy
mind. Drivers can relax or move their bodies while waiting at traffic signals
or in traffic jams by doing some ice-breaking exercises for their arms, legs,
