I had a problem with sneezing due to allergies before the Corona pandemic. So I had to go to the doctor. I was sneezing continuously in front of the doctor in the doctor's chamber. But I was not using any protection. The doctor handed me a tissue and said - "You sneeze with the tissue in your mouth". Along with this, he gave a lot of advice/suggestions under the guise of conversation and pointed out my mistakes.
Then came the coronavirus pandemic – we learned a lot
from that too.
Since the Corona pandemic swept the world, everyone
around immediately runs 10 feet away when someone sneezes!
However, sneezing is a natural phenomenon in our body.
It comes naturally - there is no way to stop it and it should not be stopped.
Because with sneezing, thousands of types of germs and pollutants come out of
the body - which are beneficial to come out, as proven by medical science. And
that is probably why Islam urges us to say "Alhamdulillah" after
sneezing.
However, scholars say - to sneeze healthily. We have
to obey it for the sake of environmental health protection.
When sneezing, air comes out of the lungs at a speed
of about 160 kilometers per hour. Along with this, the mucus accumulated in the
airways and nose comes out in the form of tiny particles or as a spray. Due to
the speed of sneezing, these particles can spread up to about 2 meters in front.
# If the person sneezing has a disease such as cold,
influenza, measles, mumps, tuberculosis, chickenpox, SARS, bird flu, swine flu,
diphtheria, etc.,
And if it is something like corona, then there is no
question.
Numerous germs of these diseases come out into the air
with sneezing. These germs can instantly enter the bodies of nearby people.
Apart from this, these germs can also spread to distant people through the air.
So, sneeze carefully.
According to the expert's warning - there is no way to
stop sneezing, although it is possible to prevent the spread of germs through
sneezing. When sneezing, you should cover your nose and mouth as much as
possible.
Many people cover their nose and mouth with their
hands and sneeze. This gets germs on their hands. Later, these germs spread
germs from hands to doors, windows, television remotes, jugs, glasses and all
other everyday objects. From there, they infect others. When you shake hands
with someone, germs spread from hand to hand.
So it is best to cover your nose and mouth with a
handkerchief or tissue paper when sneezing. Tissues or handkerchiefs are not
always at hand. In that case, you should bend your elbow and cover your nose
and mouth with it.
It is better to wear a full-sleeved shirt or dress.
You can also sneeze into the sleeve or collar of your dress. In these cases,
you should take a shower as soon as you return home and clean the clothes you
sneezed on.
Even if you sneeze into a handkerchief, you should
wash it thoroughly in the same way. If you use a tissue, you should not throw
it here and there, but throw it in a safe place.
If you sneeze while covering your nose and mouth with
your hands, you should immediately wash your hands with soap. Do not touch
anything before washing your hands.
Remember, our collective awareness can prevent the
transmission of various diseases. So, follow the etiquette of sneezing
yourself, and encourage other members of the family, including children, to
follow it.
To
lead a healthy life, you must follow this – experts warning.
