To lead a healthy life - Life is so beautiful _ but In our spending life sometimes we are fall in various types of problems, for that- suddenly we fall in illness - physically or mentally. But some consciousness and take steps in proper time, we can overcome it. Sometimes our ignorance convince us to avoid awareness.
I am highlighting the advice that I found healthy when
I went to the doctor with my problems, and what I found by reading various
magazines and books ---------
Pain due to some problem, cancer, inflammation or infection
- pain can be a symptom of all problems. Painkillers can be taken if necessary
to relieve pain, but the role of various therapies is undeniable rather than
relying on medication to reduce long-term pain. Long-term use of painkillers
causes various side effects - proven by medical science.
Moreover, taking medicine for any health problem for a
long time carries the risk of side effects. Some pains, such as osteoarthritis,
never get better. Therefore, it is better to take other measures to cope with
it. As a result, the rate of painkiller consumption can be reduced to a great
extent. For example, hot compresses.
The heat of the compresses dilates the blood vessels
in the area, increases blood flow, and removes the elements that cause
inflammation and pain. As a result, comfort is obtained. The method is
effective, but care must be taken to avoid burning the skin due to excessive
heat, because the painful area has less sensation of cold and heat.
