To lead a healthy life - Life is so beautiful _ but In our spending life sometimes we are fall in various types of problems, for that- suddenly we fall in illness - physically or mentally. But some consciousness and take steps in proper time, we can overcome it. Sometimes our ignorance convince us to avoid awareness.
My neighbor's pretty girl, when she was 14/15 years old, her face was covered in acne. Red, pimples, some of them quite high. She said - "Auntie, I don't stand in front of the mirror anymore. Just looking at the mirror makes me feel bad, do something for me"!!
A big worry of teenage life is "acne". There
is no one in the world who has not suffered from this problem at least once.
There is no alternative to a healthy lifestyle for a
beautiful skin.
Dermatologists say - the problem of acne appearing
more at this age is hormonal. It is more common in boys at this time, because
the male hormone androgen is responsible for this acne. Sometimes, acne can be
more common in girls if there is an excess of androgen.
Some diseases increase the incidence of acne. For
example, polycystic ovarian syndrome in women, Cushing's syndrome, use of
steroid drugs, and use of some cosmetics can cause acne. Some people have a
family history of acne.
Trying to pop them with your hands is not right at
all. Poking them with pins is completely prohibited, as it can leave permanent
scars and cause infection.
An oily substance called sebum is released from the
sebaceous glands located inside the skin and accumulates on the skin through
the base of the hair follicle. When sebum production increases and its exit
path is blocked, acne occurs.
In most cases, there is nothing to worry about teenage
acne. It heals on its own. However, sometimes the problem becomes a little more
pronounced, large pimples form, pus accumulates inside, causing pain, and
mental unrest occurs. This little thing is also a part – to lead a healthy life.
# Know what to do about this acne problem --
1) The

It will heal in time. Stress or mental pressure increases acne, so stay
stress-free.

your face clean. That doesn't mean you have to wash your face with face wash
repeatedly a day. On the contrary, it can be counterproductive.
3) It
has not been proven that there is any benefit in giving hot steam or taking
steam.
4) There
is no evidence that eating fried food increases acne. However, high-sugar foods
- such as sweets, chocolate, etc. - increase the incidence of acne.
5) If
the problem is not severe, some creams can be used on the advice of a doctor.
If the problem is very severe, oral medications (some antibiotics, vitamin
"A") are given. But remember- these medications should never be taken
without the advice of a specialist.
6) Post-acne complications, such as skin holes, permanent scars, etc., can be treated by some procedures like laser, dermaroller etc.
Acne should be treated according to expert advice.
However, acne is closely related to diet. Acne can be prevented by eating some
foods - one of which is low glycemic index or low GI foods. Glycemic index or
GI is a measure of how much a sugary food increases blood sugar levels.
For acne-free skin, low GI foods should be selected -
such as seeds, whole grains, fibrous vegetables and fruits, etc.
Omega-3 fatty acids reduce acne inflammation. Foods
rich in omega-3 fatty acids are marine fish, such as salmon, tuna and sardines.
Marine fish can be eaten two to three days a week.
Apart from this, nuts contain selenium, vitamin E,
potassium and iron, which are essential for fresh and acne-free skin.
You should drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day. Green
tea contains powerful antioxidants. So you can drink green tea two to three
times a day.
If your skin is acne-prone, it is better not to eat
too much dairy products and protein powder. Constipation should be eliminated
by including fiber in your regular diet. For proper digestion, you should avoid
very spicy foods and oily and fatty foods.
Yellow and orange vegetables like carrots, apricots,
sweet potatoes, etc. contain beta-carotene, which is converted into vitamin A
in the body. This nutrient increases the absorption of selenium in the body,
which is beneficial for the skin.
Spinach and other green vegetables, tomatoes, red
grapes, watermelon, eggs, etc. are very beneficial for vibrant skin. Raw fruits
that contain vitamin C and any sour fruit are beneficial for the skin.
