7 tips to get rid of bad breath
Just being aware of what you eat and drink and your external beauty does not mean you are living a healthy life.
If someone suddenly steps back without you realizing
it when you come close to them in an urgent conversation!! Then your prestige
is over! Isn't it?
But you didn't understand anything!! That poor person
couldn't say anything out of embarrassment!! Rather - it is better to be
aware/wary of this problem in advance. Moreover, bacteria accumulated in the
mouth can cause other physical problems including teeth.
To get rid of bad breath, it is very common to use
mouthwash, sprays, and sometimes various types of spices. But is there any
benefit in this? Is there any harm in using too much mouthwash? Do you know
anything?
In
this regard, I am saying from the advice of dentists
-
1. Alcohol-containing mouthwash should not be used
excessively. It makes the mouth dry. Bacteria grow more in a dry mouth.
Instead, it is better to gargle repeatedly with warm salt water if necessary.
Apart from this, a mixture of half water and half hydrogen peroxide can be
used. Hydrogen peroxide does not allow bacteria to grow in the mouth.
2. For fresh breath, you can add a few drops of tea
tree oil or mint oil to the toothbrush while brushing your teeth. It works
against bacteria.
3. Those who suffer from bad breath should gargle
thoroughly after every meal. This will remove food particles accumulated in the
mouth. In that case, bacteria will not get any chance to grow.
4. Most people only clean their teeth. But cleaning
the tongue is also important. This can be done with the help of a special
tongue cleaner. There are many types of bacteria on the tongue, which are
responsible for bad breath.
5. Those who have a dry mouth are more likely to
suffer from bad breath. So you should drink plenty of water. In this case, you
should drink water little by little and repeatedly. You can eat sugarless gum
or lozenges or sugarless chewing gum to increase saliva secretion in the mouth.
6. Caffeine and alcohol are also responsible for dry
mouth. So you should avoid these.
7. Nicotine is the biggest enemy. This nicotine
accumulates in the teeth and tongue. Smoking makes the mouth dry to a greater
extent, and it does not produce enough saliva. Apart from that, you should also
refrain from using betel nut and tobacco leaves.
And if someone wants to use herbal ingredients - then
you can gargle with boiled water from neem leaves. You can boil the neem leaves
and keep them in a bottle in the fridge. When needed, take them out and warm
them slightly and gargle.
If there is any infection in any part of the mouth
(teeth, gums, tongue, etc.), then you can boil neem + turmeric + salt together
and strain it and gargle it in a slightly warm state. You can test whether it
benefits you or not.
You should be aware of this for health and
environmental health – if you want to lead a healthy life.
