Birth spacing
My domestic worker has two children in her first year! I am in big trouble! She cannot be left out, she needs the work very much and she is a much older person than me and leaving her out on the pretext of children becomes an unconscionable act. I cannot say anything, because I also had this same problem once.
My two eldest children are 19 months apart. One of my
neighbors has two children 12 months apart, and another neighbor has two
children 14 months apart. I have been scolded by the elders of these three
families, and I have been the victim of jokes from friends. I have struggled to
manage the family and household with my children.
Then I decided that I would warn others so that they
could be aware and live a healthy life, so that no one would have to face
social and family problems like we did.
Birth spacing - This issue is always very important.
Because it is not enough to just give birth to a child - the real issue is to
ensure that it grows up healthy and beautifully.
I do not see any information that the previous
generation has bothered much about this issue. Because, I see that except for a
few families, there is no shortage of children in almost all other families.
The explanations for them are also different. I have
heard many stories of enough paddy field and paddy, enough fish in the pond and
sufficient production of food. I have not heard that they were disappointed
with the life they lived, because in a joint family, not only the child who
gives birth has to be raised, but the whole family raises a child together.
This is the advantage of a joint family - no one has to do any work alone,
everyone does it together.
But the context of the current era is completely
different. Couples in this era are afraid to even imagine having more than two
children. Newlyweds want to have a child after a year or two, after arranging
their family and professional life. And some people, having taken one step at a
time, want a long break between having another child after their first child.
So they spend their days worrying about how to manage
this break, because most families today are single-parent families, with only
the husband and wife having to manage the household. So, to have a healthy
life, you have to plan a lot.
Many people are confused about when and what type of
birth control method is best to use. The most common concern is about birth
control pills. Although it is the easiest and most reliable, many people
hesitate to use it because of the side effects. However, any woman of
childbearing potential can take birth control pills as per the doctor's advice.

The
doctor's advice on how to take it is -
You can start taking it within 5 days of the start of
your period, but it is best to start from the first day. Take it at a specific
time after eating every night. Most of the pills have a date on the label, so
you should take it that way. After taking it for 21 consecutive days, there is
a seven-iron tablet. Then you have to start taking another new label.
Walk with awareness and planning – to lead
a healthy life.
