Stay well with inspiration and habits

The reason behind doing something is called inspiration. Inspiration is a desire, a drive to work. And habits are the method of keeping this work going. Only if the work undertaken with this inspiration can be turned into a habit, it is possible to achieve success in any matter.

Everyone is worried about how to maintain physical and mental health in this time of the world, which is unstable due to various problems. There is no denying that none of us are good in the overall instability and turmoil of the universe at this time of the cycle of time.

But even if we want to, we cannot remove ourselves from these or escape from them, we have to cope. But how? - We have to find the way. Instead of remaining silent like a burst balloon, we have to find out how to develop like a blooming flower.

We have been deeply connected to everything from nature - society - country etc. since the birth of the universe. We can only try to be good. We can get inspiration from reading books or watching the lives of different people, but the real thing is being able to turn this inspiration into a habit.

We all read the motto in our childhood - "Life is not a bed of flowers, or it is futile to hope for heaven in this worldly life," - but this is a real truth. This life is lived in a mixture of good and evil. Therefore, we ourselves have to choose everything that is good from this mixture of good and evil. We have to follow the path that can defeat evil.

Many people must have read Syed Mujtaba Ali's article "Buying Books". There, he highlights the regret and solace of the talented and wise Anatole France and says - 'Anatole France regretted wanting to see the beauty of the vast expanse of the universe with countless eyes like flies. Knowing that it was not possible, Anatole France consoled himself and later said - "I have not one or two eyes in my mind, the expansion or contraction of my mind's eyes is entirely in my own hands, I will see the world with thousands of eyes in my mind".

I also say - we can see all the beauty of the world with the eyes of our mind, we can keep our mind healthy. If the mind is healthy, it is possible to stay away from physical illnesses caused by mental instability.

The cure for illnesses given by the Creator is in the hands of the Creator, we can only strive for health through medicine, diet and healthy lifestyle. But we can overcome the human-created hardships - sorrows - sufferings only by opening the eyes of our own minds.

As an inspiration, I can say - Anatole France was a talented and wise man, so he opened the eyes of countless minds to acquire knowledge and science. - We, the common people of this disastrous era, can open the eyes of our minds to accept all the good things from all sides to sustain ourselves.

Syed Mujtaba Ali, in his article “Buying Books”, mentioned another scholar – Bertrand Russell.

Bertrand Russell has beautifully explained the solution in a few words – “The main way to avoid the pain and suffering of the world is to create your own world in your mind and immerse yourself in it in times of trouble.”

Indeed, it is. Try it out and see, the more world of the mind you can create, the more you can avoid pain.

One of the conditions for physical well-being is to have a good mind. It can be at work or in a quiet chat, each person’s mind for being well is different.

So let's open our good eyes and see the world beautifully and be good and keep everyone good, if I am good, everyone around me, i.e. family and friends, will be good. Mental health will encourage the body to keep itself healthy. Even if there are no opportunities, if you find them - if you can create the mind to search - even the place of "no opportunity" will become "there is opportunity".

'Anything good and pure brings peace to the mind' is applicable to anyone, I have tested it and I have succeeded.

On the other hand, the role of habit is also undeniable in staying healthy -

Suppose, - someone wakes up early in the morning and wants to exercise, so he prepares for six months. But the conviction somehow does not see the face of reality. He may go to sleep thinking 'I will show you tomorrow', and when he wakes up, all the convictions evaporate. Inspiration is one thing today, another tomorrow. That is why habit is needed for this. If someone can create a habit, then he can do anything starting from exercise every day. So inspiration must be captured and turned into a habit. If you can create a habit, no obstacle including sun, rain, laziness can stop it.

You have to make a commitment to yourself and turn inspiration into a habit. And there is a saying, 'Man is a slave to habit'. All people want what is good for themselves. Therefore, it is better to be a slave to good work habits to be good in your life.

Change the environment --

To increase your interest and mental strength in your life, change the environment or go out for some fresh air for a few days. We unknowingly trap ourselves in a cycle of sadness by staying in the same environment all the time.

You can create something new around yourself by not staying in the same environment for a long time. For example, you can arrange your room differently. Be it your office or your home. Things can be arranged in different directions.

In a new environment, our brain works more than usual. Our past generation used to say 'change of air'. Be it a change of place or a change of surroundings. Try it - see if you like it or not. That's what I do. Sometimes I get lost in myself. Whether it's far away or near - I go out aimlessly.

Similarly, even if we pay attention to our clothes, sometimes it works -

Who doesn't like to look good? Weakness and depression in the mind affect what we wear. When we see ourselves in front of the mirror in a certain color of clothes or in a certain type of clothes, it affects our subconscious mind.

If you feel unfit in a social position, you can change the clothes. You can increase your mental strength later by wearing clothes that make you feel confident.

We can learn from inspiring stories of people --

When people read a story, they put themselves in the position of that story. If they like the story, they see themselves through the lens of that story. So we can find lessons for ourselves from the success stories of others. We can try to think of what lessons we can learn from the failures of others. We can try to increase our understanding with ourselves about how the main idea behind the story can move us forward.

We can learn to control time -

Instead of trying to wake up to the alarm, we can go to sleep at a time at night so that we can wake up at six in the morning.

Learning to master time for ourselves is a special thing, - that is how we can motivate ourselves.

We can create our own habits without always immersing ourselves in mechanical pleasures such as TV, mobile, and tab, or without being dependent on them.

If we use the habit instead of looking at the alarm, we will also find peace in our mind - we will also be saved from waking up with a pounding heart due to the annoying alarm.

In this way, we can protect ourselves from getting sick due to the pressure of our surroundings.

And these are all natural medicines – to lead a healthy life.
