Headache is a common affliction for all people. There does not seem to be a person in this world who does not suffer from this pain from time to time. Salmon fish contains omega-3 fatty acids and B vitamins, which provide relief from migraines. Seafood can be eaten two to three times a week. Beta-carotene in carrots and lots of calcium found in sesame seeds, beets, green vegetables are also good.

5. It is good if you can spend 10 minutes in the sun every day. Ginger or ginger juice or ginger-tea works like magic at the onset of pain. Ginger also helps prevent vomiting. It is necessary to drink plenty of clean water. Watermelons, cucumbers contain a lot of water - these natural things will provide enough relief to the migraine sufferer.
