To lead a healthy life - Life is so beautiful _ but In our spending life sometimes we are fall in various types of problems, for that- suddenly we fall in illness - physically or mentally. But some consciousness and take steps in proper time, we can overcome it. Sometimes our ignorance convince us to avoid awareness.
One afternoon, my teenage son suddenly came running home and started crying due to stomach pain. After some time, he started having loose stools, along with the stomach pain that did not go away. The condition remained the same for three/four days. He became dehydrated. I could not bear it any longer, so I went to the doctor. The doctor is a family man, took the history of the problem and scolded me and my son a lot. We remained silent like those who had made mistakes.
Our boys/girls these days enjoy eating at restaurants
or eating street food whenever they get the chance. But they are not aware of
the consequences. Except for a few restaurants, most of the restaurants do not
follow any health rules. Eating rotten/stale food or food with dusty air
outside can cause stomach upset. It is also important to disinfect the food
containers.
The doctor warns - if diarrhea, vomiting, fever, etc.
start within a few hours of consuming any risky food, it is assumed that it is
food poisoning. It can resolve on its own within 48 hours. But during this
time, know what you should eat to keep your stomach healthy and reduce the
incidence of diarrhea and vomiting.

You need to drink plenty of fluids. Due to vomiting
and diarrhea, a lot of water and salt is released from the body. As a result,
the body becomes very weak. So you need to drink water and liquid food
repeatedly.
If you do not want to drink only water, you can drink
saline, coconut water, salt-rich drinks, etc. You can put ice cubes in your
mouth and suck them. Eat homemade food.
Want light food. When vomiting stops, choose light,
low-fat and spicy, low-fiber food for some time as food, which will give
comfort to the stomach.
Some foods that give comfort and rest to the stomach
are soft food or porridge, mashed potatoes, egg whites, bananas, peanut butter,
bread toast, crackers biscuits, etc. Take pure water and homemade food.
There
are some home remedies for food poisoning, if anyone wants to try it -
a. If
you have stomach ache and other problems due to food poisoning, then a mixture
of ginger + honey is beneficial. Take one teaspoon of ginger paste and half a
teaspoon of honey and lick it. You can eat this as many times as you want -
there are no side effects.
b. Cumin
soaked water - Soak one teaspoon of cumin seeds for a few hours and strain it
and eat it.
c. Food
poisoning is a type of infection. And basil leaves are very beneficial in
infections. You can mix the juice of a few basil leaves with honey and eat it.
d. Eat
bananas. Bananas help reduce potassium poisoning. You can also eat apples along
with it. You can make apple or banana soup and eat it. If food poisoning is
caused by bacteria, apples can prevent it. Apples are also beneficial in
acidity.
e. Eat
lemon juice. Eat lemon or its juice with rice.
What
not to eat –
Fried foods, high-fiber foods, condensed milk and
milk-based desserts and milk tea, spicy foods, preserved or frozen foods and
fruit juices, etc. will upset the stomach again. All such foods, including
coffee and alcohol, are completely prohibited.
