He said - For the health of any part of our body, we
must first focus on food.
Hair is made of fibrous protein or keratin. Each hair
grows from a groove called a follicle on the scalp. At the bottom of this
follicle is a papilla, which is made of numerous blood vessels. Therefore, for
good hair health, just as adequate protein is needed, sufficient blood flow,
iron, folate and other minerals are needed for nutrition. Healthy hair is an
indicator of good health.
It is normal to lose 50-80 hairs per day. However, if
you lose too much hair, it is a matter of concern. Excessive hair loss can be
due to malnutrition, anemia, vitamin deficiency and various diseases.
Therefore, proper nutrition is necessary to get shiny, healthy, shiny thick
hair.
Nutritionists say - Grain foods, such as red rice, red
flour, wheat, corn, etc., contain enough zinc, iron, vitamins B1, B6, which

half an hour and wash it with water soaked in reetha.
21. Mix
durba grass and neem leaves and make a paste with a little vinegar and cucumber
juice and apply it on your hair and leave it for half an hour and shampoo.
22. You
can make a paste of fenugreek paste, amla juice, a little glycerin, an egg and
sour curd in a little warm water and apply it on your head for half an hour and
then shampoo.
23. If
someone does not want to use shampoo, they can use reetha. Reetha is a
complement to shampoo. It is a type of fruit, which is available in the market
in dried form. Soak it overnight, boil it well an hour before bathing, cool it
and wash your hair.
24. To
increase the shine of hair, mix one spoon of lemon juice and one spoon of
vinegar with egg white and leave it for half an hour and then wash it.
25. If someone has a rash on their head due to
excessive sweating, apply the peel of a betel nut to the scalp 5 minutes before
bathing and then wash your hair.
26. If the scalp sweats a lot, applying a cleanser
or cucumber juice will be beneficial.
27. The use of henna leaves as a natural dye is
well known. Henna leaf juice is also good for the skin. However, care should be
taken to avoid exposure to cold. Therefore, applying henna leaf paste or henna
leaf juice to the hair and wrapping the head with something like polythene will
prevent cold by keeping the outside air out.
