He said - For the health of any part of our body, we must first focus on food.

Hair is made of fibrous protein or keratin. Each hair grows from a groove called a follicle on the scalp. At the bottom of this follicle is a papilla, which is made of numerous blood vessels. Therefore, for good hair health, just as adequate protein is needed, sufficient blood flow, iron, folate and other minerals are needed for nutrition. Healthy hair is an indicator of good health.

It is normal to lose 50-80 hairs per day. However, if you lose too much hair, it is a matter of concern. Excessive hair loss can be due to malnutrition, anemia, vitamin deficiency and various diseases. Therefore, proper nutrition is necessary to get shiny, healthy, shiny thick hair.

Nutritionists say - Grain foods, such as red rice, red flour, wheat, corn, etc., contain enough zinc, iron, vitamins B1, B6, which nourish the hair. Apart from this, include various types of vegetables in your diet for good hair health. In addition to vitamins A, C and E, it also contains calcium, which removes hair roughness and acts as a natural conditioner. Carrots, tomatoes, etc. are very good for hair every day.

2.     Almonds contain omega-3 fatty acids and magnesium, which increase blood circulation to the scalp and accelerate hair growth. Regular massage with its oil makes the hair very strong, shiny and dandruff-free.

3.     Brahmi oil nourishes the hair roots. As a result, the hair becomes thick and healthy.

4.     Mixing aloevera with oil increases its effectiveness many times over. It reduces hair fall. Helps in the growth of new hair. It removes dandruff and makes hair naturally shiny.

5.     The vitamin C in amla is not destroyed even when mixed with oil. This oil strengthens the hair roots and reduces hair fall. It removes dandruff and helps reduce itching of the scalp.

6.     Mukunwenna or Cecilia is a creeping herbaceous plant. When mixed with oil and massaged on the scalp, it reduces any type of inflammation or itching of the skin including dandruff. Since it has many medicinal properties, it helps in eliminating various scalp problems, normal hair growth and healthy shiny hair.

7.     Shampoo with conditioner should be used for rough hair.

8.     You can massage the oil on the head twice a week. You can mix lemon juice with it, lemon juice prevents dandruff.

9.     You can apply a paste of lentil paste along with sour curd and egg to the hair. This pack works as a conditioner and herbal shampoo at the same time. This pack will give your hair a bouncy look. Hair will remain soft and shiny even when wet, and will not be greasy. If you want to give this pack to children, give it with baby shampoo.

10. Those with colored hair can apply henna pack with egg + lemon juice + coffee beans and shikakai once a week to keep their hair healthy and their color bright.

11. Fan air is beneficial for drying hair. However, the heat of the sun is naturally good for hair. Using a hair dryer all the time is harmful for hair. If your hair is curly, the heat of the dryer can be given from a distance to dry it quickly. Cold air is better than the hot air of the dryer.

12. Keep oil on your hair overnight or for an hour, you will get the same benefits. And never go out with oily hair bare headed, it will trap more dust and dirt.

13. Be careful when using combs and towels. Do not give yours to anyone, do not use someone else's.

14. For hair regrowth, rubbing onion juice on the scalp will benefit you.

15. If the hair ends are split and the hair becomes damp during the monsoon, you can trim it.

16. Never tie wet hair.

17. If rain water gets on your hair, wash it once before drying it. Because - in rain water, lead, carbon monoxide, nitrogen mix with water vapor, which causes various hair damages.

18. Include foods rich in vitamins E, C and protein in your diet every day.

19. Wash your pillowcase, bed sheets and towels with Dettol water from time to time.

20. If dandruff is sticky, oily or if someone has an infection like seborrheic dermatitis on their scalp, do not use oil. You should take herbal remedies, such as - mix hibiscus, amla, olive oil together and apply it on your hair for half an hour and wash it with water soaked in reetha.

21. Mix durba grass and neem leaves and make a paste with a little vinegar and cucumber juice and apply it on your hair and leave it for half an hour and shampoo.

22. You can make a paste of fenugreek paste, amla juice, a little glycerin, an egg and sour curd in a little warm water and apply it on your head for half an hour and then shampoo.

23. If someone does not want to use shampoo, they can use reetha. Reetha is a complement to shampoo. It is a type of fruit, which is available in the market in dried form. Soak it overnight, boil it well an hour before bathing, cool it and wash your hair.

24. To increase the shine of hair, mix one spoon of lemon juice and one spoon of vinegar with egg white and leave it for half an hour and then wash it.

25.  If someone has a rash on their head due to excessive sweating, apply the peel of a betel nut to the scalp 5 minutes before bathing and then wash your hair.

26.  If the scalp sweats a lot, applying a cleanser or cucumber juice will be beneficial.

27.  The use of henna leaves as a natural dye is well known. Henna leaf juice is also good for the skin. However, care should be taken to avoid exposure to cold. Therefore, applying henna leaf paste or henna leaf juice to the hair and wrapping the head with something like polythene will prevent cold by keeping the outside air out.
