Lead a healthy life 123

To lead a healthy life - Life is so beautiful _ but In our spending life sometimes we are fall in various types of problems, for that- suddenly we fall in illness - physically or mentally. But some consciousness and take steps in proper time, we can overcome it. Sometimes our ignorance convince us to avoid awareness.
A neighbor of mine, she often wanted to take me with her when she went out for some work, or she would tell me – if I have any work outside, I should take her with me, she also has work. After a long time like this, I asked her – “Are you afraid of going out alone?”
She said – Yes
I asked – Why?
She said – I forget the way back home. I also have a
lot of problems doing all the housework due to this forgetfulness.
I was surprised! Because the woman is not very old,
she must be forty or forty-five. So I pressured her family to take her to the
doctor. They also gave importance and went. I also learned a lot from the
doctor then.
In this current era of thousands of pressures,
“forgetfulness” disease is seen in young people too.
In such a situation, if the elderly start forgetting a
lot of things, can they be blamed?!! With age, the size of nerve cells
continues to decrease. Therefore, mental activity also decreases in middle and
late age. It is good to know how to prevent this for a healthy life.
The doctor said - in early middle age, the brain
produces relatively less amount of neurotransmitters. This has an adverse
effect on memory and mood.
But when this forgetfulness becomes severe and becomes
an obstacle to normal life, it is called dementia.
Dementia can occur due to various reasons. Such as:
Alzheimer's disease, thyroid and uncontrolled diabetes, vitamin and mineral
deficiency, blood circulation problems in the brain, etc. Research says - that
our diet is also partly responsible for this. If we can create a diet with
knowledge and understanding to prevent dementia, it will bring great benefits.
To increase brain power, we have to choose the right food.
From our food’s 20% of the sugar and energy goes to
the brain. Therefore, the entire functioning of the brain depends on its
glucose level. If the glucose level in the body fluctuates, various problems
can also occur in the brain.
Experts say that in addition to strengthening the
brain, one should also take care of the stomach - because the stomach is
sometimes called the second brain. When healthy food is digested in a healthy
stomach, its benefits reach the brain through microorganisms. Brain cells are
made of fat, i.e., fatty substances. Therefore, it is better not to completely
eliminate oil and fat from food.
Nutritionist say -
1) Dark
green vegetables, such as spinach, contain folate, vitamin B-9 and lutein. This
helps prevent our cognitive decline. Apart from this, broccoli, cauliflower,
carrots also contain a lot of folate and carotenoids, which make the brain
functional.
2) Marine
fish oil contains omega-3 fats, which are very beneficial for the brain.
3) various
types of nuts such as walnuts, peanuts and cashews contain omega-3, omega-6
fats, vitamin B-6 and vitamin E. These help maintain memory.
4) Blackberries,
strawberries, pomegranates etc. prevent dementia. It plays an important role in
brain signal transmission.
5) Sunflower
and pumpkin seeds contain a lot of choline, zinc and vitamin E. Cooking in
sunflower oil or olive oil is also beneficial.
6) Egg
yolks contain the water-soluble nutrient choline, which helps maintain memory.
In addition, drinking green tea also reduces the risk of dementia.

Moreover, exercise is very beneficial for maintaining brain consciousness.
Exercise increases the number of synapses in the
brain. As a result, new cells are created in the brain. Cardiovascular exercise
provides the brain with more oxygen and glucose. And if you exercise in the
morning in the light sun, you will get extra vitamin D.
Many studies have proven that walking increases
memory. Along with keeping the body active, you should also take measures to
keep the mind active.
Find leisure among hundreds of tasks and do your
favorite things, i.e. gardening, listening to or singing songs, walking, and
doing any other thing you like. For those who like music, music enlivens their
minds.
Work on new ideas. Make sure that whatever you do is
done with pleasure - that is, the brain enjoys it.
Experts say - Low levels of stress are good for
health. It gives you the strength/courage to deal with situations quickly in
times of danger or emergency. But long-term stress and anxiety are very bad for
the brain. That is why it is very important to find time for leisure between
work.
By finding this relaxation, the brain is given a break
and all the internal switches are turned off, giving a different part of the
brain an opportunity to exercise.
If you have difficulty relaxing, yoga or mindfulness
practices or increasing social contact can help. These help reduce the body's
stress hormones.
Be aware to lead a healthy life.
