Sleep hygiene When we were young, our parents were very conscious about our sleep. They never let us stay up at night to do anything, including studying, they used to say – “There is no alternative to healthy sleep - to lead a healthy life . If we do not sleep properly, our head will not be well, which means the brain will not function properly. If the brain does not function properly, it means that the day is wasted”.  God has also designated night for rest and day for work.  But unfortunately, in the present era of extreme modernity, people have turned day into night – and night into day, we see every where!!   Desire is - I went to sleep, again - spent a few days without sleeping. Or having to take sleeping pills because you can't sleep, going to bed late, so getting up late the next day - none of this is healthy. It is not right to become dependent on sleeping pills because you are not sleeping. Said the expert - There is no substitute for adequate sleep t...

Necessary measures to protect women's health

Necessary measures to protect women's health

The husband of my housekeeper often got angry with his wife after the birth of her second child. Because the woman often suffered from uterine problems. One day, she told me about the problem after being annoyed by her husband's behavior.

She didn't tell him before because she was ashamed and didn't want to talk about it outside as it was a family matter. As soon as I heard this, I immediately called her husband to me and explained everything to both of them according to my experience.

They said they had not taken any kind of vaccination. I was surprised to hear this - are there such ignorant people in this day and age? I scolded the husband and asked him to get vaccinated since his wife is still young ---

When I got the TT vaccine before the birth of my first child, I learned about the various vaccination requirements of women.

The expert said - In addition to ensuring the good health of women, some vaccines are especially necessary to keep the unborn child and newborn safe from various diseases. These include several vaccines, including the MR vaccine to prevent measles and rubella, and the TT vaccine to prevent tetanus.

MMR vaccine -- If a woman is infected with the rubella virus during pregnancy, the unborn child may develop serious health complications, even disability. The baby may be born with heart problems, cataracts, small head, deafness - these problems. This is called congenital rubella syndrome.

Girls who have not been vaccinated with the 'MMR' vaccine in childhood should get the 'MMR' vaccine against measles, mumps and rubella before they become mothers in the future. The 'MMR' vaccine should be completed at least one month before pregnancy.

TT vaccine --

To prevent tetanus, girls should get the first dose of TT vaccine as soon as possible when they are 15 years old. The second dose should be taken four weeks after this, the third dose after six months, the fourth dose after one year, and the fifth or final dose of TT vaccine should be taken one year after the last dose.

If you have received these five doses of the vaccine before pregnancy, you do not need to take the TT vaccine again during pregnancy. If you have received two doses before pregnancy, you will need to take the third dose during pregnancy and the fourth and fifth doses after delivery.

If you have received three doses before pregnancy and the pregnancy has not passed one year, there is no need to take the fourth dose at this time. The fourth and fifth doses should be taken after delivery. However, if you have not received the TT vaccine before, you will need to take two doses during pregnancy. The last dose should be taken at least one month before delivery.

Hepatitis B vaccine --

If a pregnant mother has hepatitis B, the virus can enter the baby's body during childbirth. Therefore, it is important for a woman to get three doses of hepatitis B vaccine before pregnancy.

Cervical cancer vaccine --

Human papillomavirus is one of the causes of cervical cancer. There are multiple vaccines to prevent this virus. These vaccines should be taken starting from the age of 9 and between the ages of 13 and 15.

The second dose of this two-dose vaccine should be taken six months after the first dose. If you do not get vaccinated by the age of 15, you should get this vaccine in three doses between the ages of 15 and 26. In that case, the second dose should be taken one month after the first dose and the third dose should be taken six months later.

In our society, we women do not give importance to women's health! I think that tolerance is our religion! This is a suicidal mentality! If you do not understand your own importance, why will others understand it! To lead a healthy life - you have to understand your own importance.
