But some consciousness and take steps in proper time, we can overcome it. Sometimes our ignorance convince us to avoid awareness.
When I was young, I used to hear elders say, "People don't die without eating, they die by eating." This is partly true. Disease is the law of nature. It seems that 50% of health problems are caused by the food we eat and the life we lead. The rest may be due to the laws of nature. I didn't have to look far, seeing the condition of three/four of my close friends, I always tell them the above words. All of them have had fatty liver problems for a long time. Here I am telling them the advice given by the doctor -
To
lead a healthy life, we need to know and follow various
healthy methods.
Experts say that the accumulation of fat in the liver
is called "fatty liver". Fatty liver is usually of two types -
alcoholic fatty liver and non-alcoholic fatty liver. Non-alcoholic fatty liver
is more common in our country.
Usually, fat accumulates in the liver due to
overweight, diabetes, excessive triglycerides in the blood and low good
cholesterol or HDL, uncontrolled lifestyle, problems in carbohydrate and fat
metabolism. To get rid of this problem, there is no alternative to proper diet,
weight control and exercise. Of these three, proper diet is the first step.
What
to eat in a proper diet -
Choline-rich
foods: To reduce liver fat, you should eat choline-rich foods
such as peanuts, hilsa fish, pollock fish, shrimp, salmon, cauliflower,
soybeans and eggs regularly.
Green
vegetables: Green vegetables, especially spinach,
turnips and cabbage, should be included in the food list every day.
Complex
carbohydrates: Choose complex carbohydrates as a source
of carbohydrates. Such as oats, brown rice, whole grain flour, etc.
Omega-3-rich
foods: Foods containing omega-3 help reduce liver fat. Sea
fish such as tuna, sardines, salmon and almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds and olive
oil should be eaten regularly.
Bean-type
foods: Bean seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and red
kidney beans are rich in vitamin E and antioxidants. This ingredient is
beneficial for fatty liver.
Dairy
products: You should eat a sufficient amount of milk or yogurt
every day. The protein present in it helps in keeping the liver healthy.

raw salt, red meat (beef/lamb) should be avoided, only then will you lead
