Lead a healthy life 123

To get healthy, beautiful, soft skin

If everyone can make themselves beautiful, physical health can also be brought through mental peace. Humans are all worshippers of beauty. People's lamentations and efforts for this beauty are endless. If the mind is good, the body is also good. And soft, smooth, healthy, beautiful skin is part of the external beauty of a person.

For healthy and beautiful skin, you can put cucumber slices in water and eat them little by little throughout the day.

You can use a face mask once or twice a week at home. Some face packs are known from beauticians, such as ---

1. For oily skin, mash 1 banana, mix 10 drops of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil and apply it on your face. Wash off with lukewarm water after 15 minutes.

2. For dry skin, blend half a cucumber, mix 2 tablespoons of aloe Vera gel with it and gently massage your face. Wait for 30 minutes. Then wash off.

3. To remove any dead skin cells and open clogged pores, mix 2 teaspoons of oatmeal and 1 teaspoon of baking soda and gradually add a few drops of water to make a paste. Gently massage and apply on your face and wait until it dries. Wash off with lukewarm water.

4. To prevent acne, blackheads, and whiteheads, dip a cotton ball in 2-3 egg whites and apply on your face for 10-15 minutes. Clean with a damp cloth or water.

5. For dark spots, mix half a teaspoon of turmeric powder and 1-2 tablespoons of raw honey and gently massage it on your face and wash it off with lukewarm water after 10 minutes.

6. To remove wrinkles, mash 2 avocados, mix 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and 1 tablespoon of raw honey and massage it gently on your face. Wash it off with lukewarm water after 20 minutes.

7. You can use a good moisturizer for facial care. Those who have acne problems can mix a little water with the cream. Don't think that there is no need to use sunscreen when winter comes. Use sunscreen 30 minutes before going out even in winter.

8. Many people have chapped lips in winter and summer alike. You should never wet your lips with your tongue. Soak a clean cloth in lukewarm water and press it lightly on your lips three or four times. Then apply Vaseline or glycerin in a thin layer.

Natural skin care --

1. Apply olive oil all over your body a few minutes before bathing (since many people do not like mustard oil these days).

2. Make a scrub with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 5 tablespoons of salt and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. You can apply it on your face and all over your body before bathing. This will remove dead cells. Or massage it on dry areas and wash it off after two to three minutes.

3. Coconut oil will be beneficial if you use it on the areas affected by dryness.

4. Mix Aloe vera gel with honey and apply it on the body or face or areas affected by dryness and wash it off after 10 minutes.

5. As a precaution during winter, those who have skin diseases such as psoriasis, eczema, ichthyosis, etc., should be aware of their skin problems. If necessary, seek medical advice because these increase in winter.

## Why does the skin become dry and what to do if the skin is excessively dry - The skin can become dry for various reasons. According to dermatologists -

1. In our country, the skin usually becomes dry in winter due to dry weather. Low humidity, prolonged exposure to sunlight and cold air are the reasons.

2. Due to hereditary or genetic reasons, the number of oil and sweat glands decreases after the age of 40.

3. This also happens due to thin skin and professional work (such as farming, construction or gardening).

4. Excessive swimming or bathing in chlorinated water, especially using hot water or alkaline soap, smoking, alcohol and caffeine consumption, excessive air travel.

5. Lack of vitamins A and B. Even if there is a deficiency of zinc and fatty acids, the skin becomes dry.

6. Some skin diseases - such as eczema or atopic dermatitis, taking some medications, staying in AC for too long, thyroid problems, diabetes, excessive use of perfume, etc. also dry the skin.

How to cure -

1. Find out the real reason for dry skin. And according to the reason, take care that the skin does not remain dry.

2. Use a good moisturizer. Before applying moisturizer, clean the dead skin cells. Use moisturizer or petroleum jelly or olive oil repeatedly. It is better to use moisturizer on semi-wet skin after bathing or washing hands and face.

4. Use moisturizing soap. Use mild alkaline soap or body wash.

5. Drink plenty of water. Try to wear soft cotton comfortable clothes.

6. Avoid using excessively hot water.

7. Even if you feel comfortable while bathing, avoid washing your face and head with excessively hot water. Excessively hot water damages the follicles of the facial skin, these follicles help keep the skin moist. Adding a few drops of jojoba or almond oil to the water while bathing helps to moisturize and smooth the skin.

8. Applying urea-containing petroleum jelly makes the palms of the hands much smoother, and you can also use it for cracked feet. You can apply salicylic acid ointment or petroleum jelly regularly.

9. Vitamin D protects against atopic dermatitis. Vitamin D is produced in the body from sunlight. If necessary, you can take supplements for this problem on the advice of a doctor, and you can use some special ointments, medicines, etc. depending on your age.
