To lead a healthy life - Life is so beautiful _ but In our spending life sometimes we are fall in various types of problems, for that- suddenly we fall in illness - physically or mentally. But some consciousness and take steps in proper time, we can overcome it. Sometimes our ignorance convince us to avoid awareness.
A few days ago, I went on a long journey in a rented car. I was sitting behind the driver. I saw that the driver was taking his hands off the wheel and repeatedly twisting his head to the right and left. Sometimes he would shake his hands tightly on both sides or raise his hands straight up and twist his body, as if he were in the gym, doing his morning exercises, without letting go of the wheel.
I was watching and remembering God for fear of an
accident. At that time, I didn't know how accurate the driver was, so I was
scared and thought I needed to know about it.
Many of us think that we have got a driving license,
now I am a seasoned driver. But getting a license is not everything, which we
are constantly getting proof of through thousands of accidents.
There are some common precautionary measures in our
lives that we usually do not give importance to, but following them should not
cause any difficulty to anyone, rather it is good for everyone. Isn't it wiser
to be careful before than to regret later? There is no alternative to knowing
for living a healthy life.

Many people drive their own vehicle. There are also
many professional drivers. But due to lack of proper posture and carelessness
while driving, many times various problems arise in the spine and neck.
Professional drivers, or those who drive for a long time, can suffer from such
health problems.
# Many people are forced to quit their jobs due to
spinal problems, which stops their livelihood. So, I have gathered some tips
from experts for a healthy life for those who are sitting in the driving seat.
1. Sitting correctly
- The seating position should be adjusted. The most important command center in
the vehicle, where the driver can drive in a fatigue-free and comfortable
position. For this, the backrest should be slightly tilted back, and there
should be enough space and coordination between the two legs. Leaning the
shoulders and back forward while driving can cause various types of pain and
problems. Therefore, any support or soft pillows should be used for the
shoulders and lower back or waist. The steering wheel should be kept on in the
vehicle, and the hands should not be kept resting on it for a long time.
2. Wallet
problem - You cannot sit with your wallet in your back pocket. This can cause
discomfort and inattention due to pressure on the lower body. There is no room
for inconsistency in driving.
3. Steering
wheel - The steering wheel should be adjusted to the position of both shoulders
and wrists of the driver by changing the rotation, speed, and direction. If the
steering wheel is used in the same position for a long time, the driver's hands
may get tired, the joints may hurt. The chest muscles may become weak.
4. Vehicle’s
mirrors - The two outer side mirrors of the vehicle are especially important.
The mirrors should be adjusted to the driver's field of vision in such a way
that the back can be seen up to 180 degrees. The inside mirrors should also be
adjusted according to convenience so that the driver can see without turning
his neck too much.
5. Things
to do on long journeys - You should take a rest every two hours. This relaxes
the muscles of the body and normalizes blood circulation.
6. After
the trip - After the trip, you should take complete rest and at this time you
can do some stretching exercises for the body. This will reduce the stiffness
of the muscles, ligaments and tendons. Do not stretch your hands / legs / neck
etc. while driving.
