My curious mind is interested in finding out about all kinds of ear problems. 

We already know that - most people are deaf because they cannot hear. Is it necessary to explain that a deaf person is suffering?

We usually understand deafness as a hearing problem. We generally do not give importance to this problem, on the contrary, we laugh at the deaf person. But this is very wrong and not giving importance is proof of our ignorance.

Many people hear different types of sounds in their ears without any external noise or sound source.
