To lead a healthy life - Life is so beautiful _ but In our spending life sometimes we are fall in various types of problems, for that- suddenly we fall in illness - physically or mentally. But some consciousness and take steps in proper time, we can overcome it. Sometimes our ignorance convince us to avoid awareness.
Nowadays it is very difficult to find a helper for
housework. Even then I cannot do without a helper, I spend a lot of money on a
helper.
On the other hand, I have never seen any helper from
my neighbor. She does not even think that she needs a helper, I came to know
about it by talking to her. I am surprised at that moment – when I see her
hands after all this work, it seems that she never does any work – so
beautiful!
On the other hand, despite having a helper, my hands
are in a bad condition, there is pain next to the nails – even with medicine,
nothing works.
So I talked to her to know the secret of her beauty, she

We do not think about the fact that every part of the
body ages with age, but we should think about it, take care of it. Are any of

of the hands. Many people have to work with water all day long, their hands are
wet. Due to this, women suffer more from various problems of the skin or nails
of the hands.
The skin of some people's hands becomes dry easily. The skin can also crack. Itching and rash can occur. Some parts of the skin may rise. It can become red. Again, the risk of fungal infection increases due to continuous wet skin. Nails become brittle due to fungal infection. The corners of the nails can deteriorate.

problems should reduce their use of water, soap and detergent as much as
possible. Nowadays, dishes or clothes can be cleaned with the help of machines.
If necessary, take the help of these machines.
Reduce the use of various household chemicals as much
as possible. Gloves can be used while doing these tasks. Currently, disposable
and reusable kitchen gloves are available.
Fabric softeners can be harmful to the hands - it is
better not to use them. You can choose chemical-free and fragrance-free
detergents. Use lukewarm water instead of very hot water. Dry your hands after
use.
I
also asked the expert about hand numbness – because my work assistant has this
problem -
The expert said – these numbness-like problems usually
occur in the joints of our body. Many people wake up in the morning and cannot
move their fingers. The hands feel tingling, numb, and burning. In most cases,
this problem shows that they are actually suffering from carpal tunnel
syndrome.
There is a small tunnel under our wrist, from where
the median nerve spreads to the fingers and palm of the hand. If for some
reason this nerve comes under pressure, then the nerve function is disrupted
and half of the thumb, index finger, and middle finger feel numb. This
condition is called carpal tunnel syndrome

Who is more prone to carpal tunnel syndrome? -
Usually, it is more common in those who do the same
type of wrist work repeatedly. But patients with diabetes, thyroid, arthritis,
and overweight suffer more. Many people develop carpal tunnel during pregnancy,
which goes away after the baby is born. Women are three times more likely to
develop the condition than men.

How to understand - if it's carpal tunnel syndrome? --
First, hold your hand straight. Bend your wrist and
point it downward, so that your fingers are facing the floor. Hold for 60
seconds. If your hand feels numb, numb, or painful, you have carpal tunnel
syndrome.

First of all, you need to rest your wrist.
This means you should avoid doing things that require repeated use of your
wrist. It is better to use a night brace on your hand.

Ice compression works well. Ice can be
applied for 10 minutes.

You can take physiotherapy. You can do
some exercises at home. For example, first straighten your hand and stretch
your wrist downwards with your other hand and stretch it in the opposite
direction in the same way. Spread your fingers and bring them closer.
Similarly, take a weight such as a water bottle and move your wrist downwards
and upwards once.
iv.
You can do each exercise ten times twice a
day.

doing any such work or when touching the elbow with your hand. The name of this
problem is tennis elbow.
Tennis elbow means inflammation of the muscles and
ligament tendons of the elbow. This problem occurs when the same type of
movement is repeated. It is called tennis elbow because it originates from
playing tennis.
People aged 40 to 60 are more affected by it. The
expert said - Exercise and physiotherapy are the main treatment for tennis
elbow.
After
the initial acute pain is cured through treatment, learn some exercises at home
-
1. Stand
straight and keep your elbow bent at 90 degrees. Now fold your wrist and pull
it forward, hold for 10 seconds. Now fold your wrist in the opposite direction
and hold for 10 seconds. Do it three to four times in a row.
2. Stand
up and move your entire hand up and down for 5 seconds. Do this 10 times in a
row. This exercise can also be done with a small weight in your hand. Do it
with a small weight at first. Gradually increase the weight. But do not take
too much weight, as it may increase the pain.
3. Spread
all the fingers and close them again. Do it 10 to 15 times. It is better if you
can wear a rubber guard on your fingers.
To
