To lead a healthy life - Life is so beautiful _ but In our spending life sometimes we are fall in various types of problems, for that- suddenly we fall in illness - physically or mentally. But some consciousness and take steps in proper time, we can overcome it. Sometimes our ignorance convince us to avoid awareness.
It is a special task to make yourself special by virtue of your own qualities - this is especially important for our women's society, which is weak due to ignorance and unconsciousness. Through the practice of meditation, we should try to strengthen our mind by removing unnecessary mental weakness - to live a healthy life.
From the experience gained while living life, I want
to say - whether in society or in the family, it is necessary to have a
position of our own. This is the same for everyone, rich or poor. It is very
important for a healthy family and to maintain self-respect. Although there are
many obstacles to creating it - it is still important to do it.
However, many people want to keep everyone happy and
take themselves to a high position - but this is a big mistake. It is never
possible for a person to keep everyone happy, this effort is in vain, - this
increases one's own suffering while trying in vain.
On the contrary, incidents like becoming a laughing
stock can also happen, while doing something like oil massage to catch
everyone's attention or to keep everyone happy. Rather, it is better to protect
your own personality and act in your own way with your conscience.
There is no need to harm anyone, there is no need to
flatter anyone by oil massage. It is better to let everyone understand that -
"If you behave well with me in your position - you will get my support as
much as possible from my position" - such an idea.
While being good to everyone, one should not knowingly
push oneself towards humiliation in any way, because in the world, everyone
cannot be satisfied at the same time, if one person is satisfied, the one on
the opposite side will be dissatisfied and may even insult you.
So it is better to act in your own way. Those who
understand my respect/importance will respect me. Those who do not understand
my respect/importance, there is no point in trying to make me look good to him.
It is foolish to want to be equally acceptable to everyone. There are hundreds
of different types of people in a family or society. People who are against you
cannot be eliminated even with a hundred attempts.
Rather, if you look at it from an impartial and
individualistic position, everyone will understand. However, you have to try to
give your best in your responsibilities and duties with honesty on the path of
goodness. This not only maintains your peace of mind, but also saves you from
unnecessary troubles.
We all know that many physical problems arise from
mental unrest. When we are in a weak position, unwanted troubles arise and make
us even weaker. That is when we experience how physical problems arise when we
are in mental unrest, - this is called the beginning of an unhealthy life due
to an unhealthy environment. Creating a position for ourselves is very important
for all of us - to avoid physical illness caused by mental unrest.
Many of us understand the need to create our own
position, but we do not understand how to create it! We then find ourselves in
a very helpless position and look for a way to get some advice.
We all know that mental unrest can lead to many
life-threatening problems, including hypertension and various problems such as
heart/brain stroke, and ruin everything. While walking on the right path, you
may have to stumble repeatedly, and this can lead to anxiety, depression,
fatigue, and dissatisfaction! Then I was advised to adopt some methods to keep
the mind steadfast and calm. The first thing to mention is
"meditation".
Meditation is a good training to calm, restrain, and
consolidate the mind. Meditation means meditation. A positive outlook can be
created through meditation.
Naturally, our mind thinks about many things at once,
and when there is a problem, it is not a problem - the mind gets distracted.
Then, through meditation, the habit of focusing on one thing can be created.

as perfect meditation - consistency is the real thing.
In meditation, the mind has to be focused on one
thing, for example - it can be on the
breath or on the physical sensations.
To
meditate on the breath, you have to sit in a comfortable
place, close your eyes and focus only on your breath. Where is the normal
inhaling and exhaling and exhaling coming from? Is it coming from your chest or
your throat - or your nose. In the meantime, you may see that the mind has gone
somewhere else. But you cannot let it go. You have to try again and slowly
bring it back to the breath. After meditating in this way for a while, take a
long breath, relax your body and open your eyes.
If you cannot do it alone, you can do guided
meditation. In this, you can meditate while listening to the entire process on
the track. A lot of meditation-friendly music, guided meditation tracks are
available on the internet, and books on this subject are available in the
market. And if you want to find an expert, there are many.
The best time for meditation can be early in the
morning, when your mind is calm. Along with this, the surrounding environment
is also quiet and peaceful. Apart from this, the time selection also depends on
your convenience and the type of meditation. However, the main thing is to
continue practicing.
It is better not to meditate when you are under a lot
of stress or in a state of anxiety or when your mood is not good. If you are
not skilled, it is impossible to meditate at this time. Initially, it is
necessary to start the practice in a calm mind and a calm environment.
