Expectant mother
But that will only create a generation, the hope and
the beauty of the family may not be fulfilled, unless a talented and beautiful
healthy perfect child can be born.
Therefore, in this project, attention should be paid
to the care of the mother who plays a key role. I am interested in talking
about these things from my own experience. It is good to know for a healthy
life.
According to the National Health Magazine, a group of
scientists from Harvard Medical School have conducted a study on whether there
is a relationship between diet and fertility. They say that some vitamins and
foods have a positive effect on fertility. Therefore, especially when planning
to have a child, you should start taking more folic acid, omega-3 fatty acids
and vitamin B12.
The
advice the doctor gave me during my pregnancy -
*During pregnancy, the expectant mother will need a
lot of iron, calcium, iodine and protein. Preparations are needed in advance to
meet these needs. If the expectant mother is deficient in vitamins and
minerals, it will have an adverse effect on the growth and development of the
unborn child.
* Excess weight is not only responsible for
infertility, it also increases pregnancy complications. Therefore, it is
important to lose excess fat and bring it to the right weight before planning
to have a child.
* The amount of protein in the diet should be
increased before having a child. Vegetable protein is better. Therefore, you
should eat more foods like pulses and seeds. Apart from this, you should also
consume the right amount of animal protein. Animal protein plays a role in the
production of sex hormones. Fish, chicken, lean meat, eggs should be in your
daily diet.
* To avoid various types of defects in the fetus,
expectant mothers are advised to consume plenty of folic acid before pregnancy.
Folic acid is found in beetroot, cabbage, broccoli, carrots, beans, peas,
lemon, jute, spinach, mustard, sunflower seeds, red rice and red flour, etc.
* Researchers say - Omega-3 fatty acids are also
important for increasing fertility. Salmon, tuna, and other marine fish are
also rich in omega-3. Omega-3 is also found in nuts and fish oil.
* Zinc plays an important role in increasing the
number and quality of male sperm. Milk, dairy products, beans, pumpkin seeds,
mushrooms, spinach, strawberries, etc. are good sources of zinc.
* Mothers need a lot of calcium and iron during
pregnancy and breastfeeding. Milk, yogurt, cheese, small fish with spines
should be taken as a source of calcium. To get good iron - you need to eat
meat, dates, raisins, currants, bananas, and green vegetables. You need to eat
vitamin C for iron absorption. It can be found in lemon, guava, orange, malta,
and berry.
* Processed foods, soft drinks, juices or drinks with
artificial colors and flavors, and various types of fast food contain chemicals
and trans fats, which are not at all good to eat during pregnancy.
After
passing the specified time, the moment of birth of the baby comes -
I am speaking from my own experience. I was very
scared and at the same time happy. But I was not prepared. So I had to face
many problems, which should not have happened at that moment. Since then, I had
made up my mind that I would warn others.
In my opinion, why do we have to look to the doctor
for everything? Once the 36th or 37th week of pregnancy has passed, it is better
for everyone in the family to make some kind of mental preparation for
delivery.
Then the biggest worry is, how will the expectant
mother know that it is time for her to give birth? At this time, there may be a
little pain in the lower abdomen, uterine contractions, but the mother will
only feel the labor pains or the signs of delivery if she is aware. And for
this awareness, the pregnant woman must know the necessary knowledge in
advance. Otherwise, it may be too late to go to the hospital or take the
necessary measures. And that can lead to a big disaster.
The symptoms that are usually present are -
* Pain in the lower abdomen and uterine contractions
* Bloody discharge
* Opening of the cervix
* Formation of a watery sac
False labor pains can occur towards the end of
pregnancy, especially 1 to 2 weeks before. This is not real labor pains. Many
people are unnecessarily worried because they do not know.
Uterine contractions occur after 16 weeks of
pregnancy, which are called Braxton Hicks contractions. However, the pain does
not stop with this. There are some symptoms of true labor pains. The pain will
start at regular intervals, with the uterus contracting, meaning the stomach
will become hard.
Over time, both the intensity and duration of the pain
will increase. The pain will come and go. But the intervals between will
gradually decrease. The pain starts from the back, then spreads to the thighs
and forward. Painkillers or sleeping pills do not relieve the pain at all. This
is the real labor pain.
The intensity of the pain of false fever is less, it
is limited only to the lower abdomen and groin, there is no uterine contraction
or abdominal tightening, and it is reduced by medication.
To protect the baby in the womb from external
infections, the mouth of the uterus is closed with a mucous substance. When the
time comes for labor, this mouth opens, the water breaks, and a bloody
discharge is released. This is a prevention given by the Creator. This is an
important sign of the onset of labor. As soon as it starts, appropriate action
should be taken without delay.
It is important for everyone, including pregnant mothers,
to know these things to lead a healthy life, so that you
don't have to struggle with fear to handle the situation in a timely manner,
and all problems will be solved easily.
